The private one-acre lake is surrounded by 22 Brookside Colony homes.
Only these homeowners have exclusive rights and access to this lake.

The lake is stocked with fish. Small, non-motorized boats are allowed on the lake.

There are three aerators that function to keep the lake clean. And a lake service cleans the lake two times a month from March through November.

The Lake Association is operated separately from Brookside Colony Civic Association.

Members of The Lake Association include the 22 lakeside homeowners. This organization meets yearly to discuss the lake, its upkeep and dues.
